What we collect
When you send a booking request we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and/or phone number, preferred dates, number of guests, accommodation preference and any notes.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request, check availability, and arrange and manage your stay. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing unless you separately agree.
Who processes it
Requests are delivered through Owner to confirm [the form or booking service the resort uses], and may be stored in the resort's email and booking records. This website does not collect payment card details.
How long we keep it
Owner to confirm We keep request details for [period] and then delete them, unless we must keep booking records for legal or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you by emailing theacaciahouse2719@gmail.com. We handle personal data in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
